Guide to Connect and Map Despegar

1. Connect From the Despegar Extranet

1. Log in to the Despegar Extranet.

2. Navigate to General Settings > Channel Manager Connection.

3. You will see a list of all existing channel manager connections (if any).

2. Disable or Remove Old Connections

1. Before adding the connection, disable or remove any previous channel manager connections.

2. This ensures there are no conflicts when syncing data.

3. Add a Channel Manager

1. Click the "Add Channel Manager / PMS" button.

2. In the drop-down menu, select Channex from the list of providers.

3. Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm and save the connection.
