Guide to Connect and Map Getaroom
1. Request Connection via Getaroom Support
Email Getaroom Support at propertyactivation@getaroom.com, requesting a connection with Channex, and provide the hotel ID.
Wait for their response with the hotel ID and confirm that ARI mapping is completed.
Getaroom will send a test booking/cancellation to verify activation.
Once verified, the property goes live.
