# Hyperguest

## Prerequisites

* Active Hyperguest account with property enabled
* Property ID from Hyperguest

## 1) Request the Interface

1. Contact Hyperguest and ask to enable the “Channex” interface
2. Note the property ID they provide

## 2) Finalize in Hostel Mate

1. Open Channel Manager in Hostel Mate
2. Select Hyperguest and authenticate if prompted
3. Enter the property ID and map rooms/rates

## Verify and Test

* Push a small rate change and verify it in Hyperguest

## Troubleshooting

* Missing property ID: request it from Hyperguest support for your property
